Always polite, knowledgeable, and informative. They've always been able to source the part I need quickly and for the best price available. I don't use anyone but Bursons Rockingham for car parts anymore. They're excellent.

I've been to this outlet many times and always received top service. The team are very efficient and friendly. Pricing is overall very competitive with others. They never make me feel like an idiot even when I don't know the tradies name for a part. Will always use these guys.

Overall can buy most items elsewhere cheaper. Also emailed them a request for a price and availability of an American item that they are the sole suppliers in WA. Never got a reply. Contacted head office never got a reply. Put a complaint in via there site never got a reply. Ended up importing it from America myself
