Returned a click and collect item and was told the refund was done but it seemed to easy that the guy didn’t even do anything.Didn’t get confirmation of refund or anything, guy behind the counter looked like he was stoned and was just clueless even gave me the product back after saying it was refunded. To which I had to correct him and give the product back.Even double checked with another staff member to who didn’t even check just went “yep it’s done”Had to call head office to have them actually get the store to refund. To which the store did not refund.What a waste of time !!! Check your staff out.

Staff got too much bad attitude and they aren't helpfull at all.

I picked up an online order. Very efficient.

Poor customer service from one of the middle age lady at the counter. Went in to buy a bottle of quick detailer, was waiting in queue to get served there was a customer in front of me having a good convo with the lady serving over the counter, once he left I approached the counter with politeness and said hello ( didn’t get a hello back from the lady) only a “hmmmm” then was preoccupied with her eyes on her computer screen (no acknowledgment to the customer) at that point I knew she’s got a problem with coloured people. I stayed polite and sharp until I made the transaction and said thank you to her as I was leaving, she didn’t reply back which made me think this lady has an issue with me for no reason. So I asked her don’t you know how to respond back to your customer, she was quickly to defend her self and said that she did respond back to me which clearly she didn’t, otherwise I wouldn’t be having the conversation with her about unprofessional her customer service was. Moral of the story treat all your customer with curtesy and respect no Matter what colour, religion or race.

Easy to find customer service was excellent

Ordered radiator for xtrail and was told will arrive 1 pm and we will call you but instead waiting whole day I didn’t received any call.Next day called back they had no idea about my order and later said they don’t have radiator in stock . Very poor customer service. I would say staff need more training.

Staff are so helpful and informative with finding products.

Staff doesn’t care if you standing in front of them to check on parts they keep talking to each other & joking around and trying to show that they are actually working.

Good product... i bought a car battery i asked if they fit battery in car like supercheap auto. she said nice try!" in sarcastic tone. its not like i am asking to do it for free. But then there was another lady who was very helpful."

Good store with everything you need for your car. Staff are helpful and will help find what you're looking for. I went in today for fluid to put in the fuel tank to clean the injectors of my diesel SUV. Not sure what it was called or where to look in the store and the staff member was on the phone - but I walked around reading the signs on the shelves and found what I wanted. Good signage! Payment accepted while still on the phone, so I was not delayed. :)
