Repco Halls Head

My wife ordered a battery for her ride on mower was told it was going to cost $120 on two occasions, but when we drove 40klm to pick it up was now told '$165u plus '5 dollars delivery and when she questioned the price they didn't give a rats will never go back there again

Placed a click and collect order for 5 items at 07:15am on the 24th of April. 4 Items was immediately available, the 5th item would be available in 2-5 days and they will call me. Saturday 29th I go to the store to check on the status. They could not find my order, eventually they found the order, but it had only 4 items on it. I showed them the email confirmation of the order and the paid receipt. After 30 minutes the missing item on the invoice was found on the computer and I was told it would be in store with the other items for collection on Monday 01/05. I show up on Monday at 16:00 and the missing item had not shown up nor could they find proof of order. I went through the same process as Saturday and eventually they found an order. It was ordered from the Halls Head store only on the Wednesday the 26th and they do not know when it would arrive, could be in 2 weeks. I said not good enough I want a full refund. That they could not do because they can only refund what they have in the store and they have no invoice for the missing item. Now I have to wait for the store manager to call me to get an answer. Repco was happy to take all my money but the service after it has been taken has been appalling. It would be interesting to see if I get a call from the manager on the 2nd as promised by the staff. I will give an update. I want to support the local businesses but if this is the level of service then people need to take their business elsewhere.Update as I said. The store manager called me on the following day and all refunds were done. No apologies offered. Bought all the parts I needed from Auto One in Pinjarra with no hazzle. Guess where I will be shopping in future?!

Absolutely useless staff, no customer service at all they rather walk past you than help you. Don't even know there stock so i Won't be shopping here any more. They would be zero stars but you have to pick one minimum.

Rude staff . Was waiting a long time in line just to be brushed off to the side and they kept serving other customers instead of me. I walked out .Quite upsetting asking for information on purchasing a item and just to be left standing around.Bad customer service .

Staff were unhelpful and couldn't care less attitude will not go back, so decided not to purchase anything, was completely ignored by staff.

Went there after Mandurah checked stock and told me they had item in stock. No stock told it must have just been sold by guy on till despite my turning up within 10 minutes. Being the only guy on the till you'd think he'd know if it just walked out and then I was told I couldn't order it online at current price contrary to what I was told on the phone and at Mandurah.Pretty sure these guys have no idea, I won't return.

Amazing service and workers can’t recommend sam enough! very knowledgeable on all assets, friendly and approachable will be coming back again regularly because of this service :)
