The guy is busy. He works alone. And calls are constantly coming in his office. He rushes therefore rude. He doesn't mind the sale and will serve you if you're willing to pay. Otherwise he gives off the impression that you shouldn't waste his time.The items bought had some rust and dirt. Cheaper than brand new items but not the best of conditions.

Don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. Very good experience overall. We called up and told me he had the part i needed. The guy was very helpful over the phone and when we got there the next day he had the part ready to go at a very good price, he was nice enough to chat with and will return in future. No issues at all. Only put 4 star as part isn’t installed yet but i’m sure it’s fine and will be a 5 star review.

These guys dropped a new engine with many less km's in my car for less than the price other mechanics were going to charge just to fix the issue. Totally upfront and transparent about everything too. Nice guys!

Terrible experience over the phone with who I can only assume was the owner. I was made to feel like it was a hassle for him to even pick up the phone or even provide ANY assistance. He was incredibly rude, sarcastic and condescending. I needed a spare part which unfortunately they happen to have in stock. Upon arrival to the store I was greeted by a very unhappy looking man, explained I had called up 20 mins before about the part and he replied with and?" ..... Obviously I wanted to purchase the part

Got quoted by this mob $220 for a master window control switch for a 2010 hyundai i30. You can buy them new from ebay for around $30. Seriously do not buy from these bandits
