Went in on Saturday the 03/06/2023 after 3:40pm and was instantly greeted by a staff member. He was quick to help me find the car polish and accessories I needed and was polite the whole time. I wish I had of got his name so I could mention his good work here.Fantastic service.

Great store - tend to get better staff help here then other auto stores. Great range & layout of trim clips/ fasteners etc ('Champion' brand). Their order-in service is great too with a big range of parts available that can be ordered into the store easily.

Very helpful. Gentleman went above and beyond to help me. He rang other stores (Not Repco) Always friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Good prices. We don’t even bother with any others now.

Amazing and kind service from the gentleman that served me today. My plates were stolen last night and had to get screws to put my new plates on properly, I was an anxious wreck and he was very kind and helpful and helped me find what I needed. I didn't catch his name but if he reads this he'll know. So thankyou so much!! I also work in retail so I appreciate it even more

I ordered one item Click & Collect because it wasn't in stock. After I received an email and text saying my order was ready, I went to pick it up but they couldn't find it. I was told I'd receive a text when it arrived but never did. After a week passed I called them and it was there. This afternoon I went to the C&C counter and waited 15 minutes. There's no bell or signage saying what to do if the counter is unattended. I went around the corner and found 4 staff at the other counter about 10 steps away. All fine from there, but by then so much of my time was wasted!
