I would like to thank Dan and the team at AutoBahn Midland for fitting me into their very busy day to fix my non functioning headlights. It was a nice surprise to find out that it was just 2 globes that happened to blow at the same time! Even nicer surprise when I went to pay and was told it was a free service.

Made an appointment for audio install , took a day off for it being told there’s no other days available I said fine and was told if I’m late or can’t make it there’s a booking fee which is totally acceptable, waited a week and came in with my receipt then was told they “didn’t save the date” and was told to come back next week … when asked if they could maybe do a discount as I’ve taken the day off and had gone through this with them the week before they said no … terrible service, no discount, and now I’ll be down 2 days off work which the boss isn’t happy with .

If you're a novice mechanic, the staff members of this place are extremely helpful. I've worked on a headlight replacement out front and was able to do it within 20mins.Bryan was so helpful along with many other staff members, recommending tools I would need or use. They've recommended alternatives to the expensive versions too.

Sorted out issues with my car's unusual air compressor which had to source from Eastern state. They did all in a week within my budget while few other service centres can't do.

My step son went in and asked for headlights as he bought his first car. David Served him and he ask for new globes to be fitted as well. 1. David sold NON ADR Compliant globes2. Didn’t tell my step son they where illegal3. Didn’t complete the job and didn’t even fit that one globe correctly.4. Lost the back headlight cover5. Told him to fit the other one him self as it was to hard.6. Charged for fitting and then refunded because a lack of ability to fit.7. When spoken to on the phone spoke rudely and hung up on myself with out reason for all of the above.8. When I went to the store to address the issues David seen my self walk in and my step son and decided to laugh in front of my stepson and I and walk off with a smug face.This was unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional from a major brand name.This store needs a solid manager to train staff in line with the company’s policy and customers needs.
