Needed a new clutch for my car, called to see if that had the right one, yes they did. Went in to pick it up and noticed the box had a different model, double checked before paying and leaving that it would fit my car. My mechanic took my car and he noticed the model was different so he called Napa to triple check ( through rego number). Was told Yup all good. Mechanic changes clutch and clutch won't work. He calls his usual parts shop and what do you know, IT IS NOT FOR MY CAR!So now I'm out $200+ for the wrong part, mechanic labour and another $200 odd for the right clutch. Luckily for me my mechanic wont charge me for all labour he has done as it was Napa screw up. But will Napa pay???I will not be shopping here again and neither will my family and friends.

helped great ordering in what we needed but never received a call when item arrived at the facility, had to call and they were not friendly aswell as when we picked it up rude.

Phoned first to ask if they had the part I was after,yes they did and had it ready when I got there. Very efficient!

Needed a small part that no one can be bothered with anymore.Guy there went out of his way to find part and check it was the correct one.Most people brush you off/can't be bothered/tell you to go and buy whole assembly.Great, good old fashioned service with people who are a pleasure to deal with.GREAT to see.

Great customer service and they have all genuine auto parts and accessories. Not a flashy auto store where you see lots of stuff on display but sort of a B2B kind of auto store where they have what you need or will get them for you if they don't have it in stock.

Didn't know this business existed until my phone led me to it. I got great help from the staff and have just ordered more from them because of it. Greatly recommended.
