This company are a bunch of fraudsters.. sold me a part then could not supply it..told me to come get it out of the car myself COS THEY EVIDENTLY DID NOT KNOW HOW... .. When I said i did not now how and it was up to them to supply the promised and paid for the part they refused to refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS...

Buyer beware! This place is a complete rip off, the owner, Safa" is a sweet talker but no intention to deliver

Tried charging me $500 for Hyundai i30 rear tail light, when brand new is $390 with warranty from Hyundai Maddington.

Needed desperately a car part for my beloved old Toyota Corolla. Searched to no avail until I stumbled upon Safa Auto Parts whose friendly staff were onto it straight away and found the part for me. They even installed the part at a very reasonable price. Great service provider.Nick

I had my Mitsubishi Lancer repaired by Safa Auto Parts.The entire experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. They have done an excellent job with the repair and I would definitely recommend them for their quality work. I also want to give a shout-out to Anthony who was very professional and went out of his way throughout the process so thanks again!

Update: I was given a 6 month warranty on this used car at the time of purchase. When I called the owner of this business to have him look into an issue with the electrical part of my ABS, collision and TRACs warning lights, he said he don't have time won't fix it.DO NOT TRUST this business. A lot of the 5star reviews were fabricated by the company. Look at the other 1 and 2star reviews, similar theme.Saw an ad on Facebook Market Place and I purchased a used vehicle from the owner of this business. The owner is not a trust able person. He's lied to me about the car and made promises that he did not keep, except for the few things I made him write down. I have a long list of things hes said but found out later they were untrue. He knew these were untrue but he lied to me just to make a sale. I confronted him and he kept changing his story. Owner worships money and will lie on purpose for the sake of a sale, do not trust anything he says. He said the car only had driver side impact, but I found out later it was on the other side as well as the front. What was supposed to take 1 week to fix, he took 3 weeks. BTW, I am looking into taking legal action as well.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!Purchased a car from here. Was given a fake VIN number so when I looked up the cars history it appeared all clear. A week later found out the car had been written off twice! Asked for my money back and was ignored. Even with consumer affairs involved the company would not give a refund, they claimed it was a common company mistake". Was told I have to take them to court in order to resolve it.An honest company would admit wrong doing and try to resolve it. These people deny all responsibility and hope you eventually give up. Stay away unless you want to get screwed."
